Hi, I lately found this very useful tool to search for icons and images, I write to everybody about since it is very usefull, I recommend you try it: www.iconfinder.net You can search according to keywords and also filter by size and background. If you are using WordPress Max Blog Press has a simple plugin for adding Fav Icons to your site: http://www.maxblogpress.com/plugins/mfi/ One word of warning. When you register your plugin make sure you use an email you can filter. Max Blog Press will send you a ton of email promoting everything under the sun. You may not want all that mail, and it's hard to get off the list once you are on it.
That is a pretty nice image site. I used to primarily use Google Images to find icons. However, the icons on that site look quite a bit more "2.0-ish".
