   I wonder if there is any software where i can host free blog (just like wordpress and blogspot or bogger)
   
   I wanna have the software for my niched site. That means users of my site can sign up for free blog just like they do in wordpress?

   Wordpress they brought out a plugin to enable this http://mu.wordpress.org/ go check it out.
