rl9.org The site design is nice, but you don't have a link at the bottom of the web page to link to previous articles. Your articles are stubs and they don't focus on a particular topic. You're all over the place cover dvd players, web hosting, finance, gambling. Try to focus on one subject, and write larger articles.
First off, you did on of the best things you could have done, and that is enter my blog contest! I would get rid of the related posts (put related posts on a permalink page), "plug" and social bookmarking links at the bottom of all your articles. It ruins the flow of the page, and people hate it because no one ever clicks. Looking at your writing, an article like " Give Yourself Permission to be Wealthy" is too much of a monotone, thick black text. You have some quotes and a list, but put some header titles in their to give me an idea of what I would be reading. You have a lot of ads in the sidebars (infact, you have a ton). Try integrating that within the content and eliminate some of the ads in the sidebar. Take a look at an article I wrote on where to place ads. The closer to the main content the ad is, the more clicks you receive.
Your blog lacks design quality. I would try to push the first article up the page. I would get ride of that line of images, "Free Baby Bingo Cards" .. ect Also, get ride of that digg button, and the giant google adsense rectangle. While its a good idea, it leaves on a sliver of real content because the column is so small. Try making that ad at least smaller. Get ride of the related posts plugin. The list it generates is so long, it fills my whole screen when scrolling through the page. NOT GOOD! I would also worry about the tag cloud because searching engines might think your keyword stuffing.
