free blog directories

can anybody give me list of free blog directories.And one more thing i am having blogging on blogger with my own domain name i want to submit my blog to lot of directories but most of them need reciprocal links but i dont know where to place those links i can not place them in blogroll.

 

I found this site a few months ago and bookmarked it. It has 156 directories. They give you the page rank, the cost (most are free) and a description for each directory.
