Using your service I found out only one of my IP's was banned because site was hijacked and used to send out emails. Turns out one of my old websites had been infected because I hadn't kept up with security updates after relocating it. I took the site down, disabled the email server which I didn't need and got removed from the blacklist. The email server was only turned on for 3 days while developing a different website, the hackers are incredibly efficient and went crazy for three days.
