Ok, didn't take long. The download file is now fixed for the search. If you are already running it and you need to fix it, all you need to do is download again, and overwrite index.php from the new download package. Here is a direct link to the download:

How to SEO this PHPLD directory. I am willing to have keywords rich URLs instead of having query parameters.
