    Go with lavasoft's adaware for a free spyware and adware program if you need that as well. It works wonders.

    avira antivir has worked great for me, BUT its pop-ups are really annoying! everyday it trys to get you to upgrade to premium.. quite often it slows down cpu performance when playing counterstrike source! (i know i should be working anyway) :)
