Opening a free bank account is not possible. Do you want to open an offshore bank account then you may need to maintain minimum and need to pay monthly fee.
Some offshore bank accounts do not need any minimum and can be setup even as cheap as a few hundred $$, and you can get a Debit Card to withdraw your money... hit me up if you want more information.
It's possible for you to get a US bank account if you know someone in the US that will help you get one opened the legal way as to avoid any trouble. But the process requires documentation the banks want and of course money to open the account depending on the account you want opened. I know this because I've called to ask on behalf of one of my own clients. So there's your answer. Now if you go about it the illegal way meaning fraud then expect to run into some problems like getting your PayPal account limited like a lot of people on here seem to run into. These people create threads begging with urgency for help to get their money out of their now limited accounts. Do it right the first time and avoid those problems.
