Most directories are using captcha, or other human identification systems. I'd be interested to see how many of the submissions get through to a reviewer.
Well for those of us that already know all we do is take a cruise over to paypal and check who paid at the end off the day and double check the listing in the admin... and walla If you honestly wanted the review then you get it.. If Not then a notice is sent telling you that the link in question will be deleted within the next 24 hours if payment is not included for the review and/or banned after. And i dont Approve of automated tools as they are spam sent by spammers your best bet is to have a tool that does semi automated thx malcolm
