    Why are you selling this site?
    I have a lot of sites in my portfolio. I feel like I can not give time to all websites so I want to sell some sites

    How is it monetized?
    google adsense and affiliate

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    no

    How much time does this site take to run?
    no time - however if you can give 1 hour daily to add new articles, it will be better

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    no, just add good content daily

    That's a Wordpress plugin/theme, I used the same one for an article directory a while ago. There are dozens of bots which look for the footprint of this theme (as well as footprints of dedicated article directory scripts) and will register and submit content automatically with backlinks to their own sites.
