    I have for sale a project of mine.

    Including 17 free templates (rights and source). Those templates were made to get free one way links to my sites and sometimes to make few bucks on selling linkspots in them.

    Total downloads: 9476 (site started in january). New templates were added over time and lately it gets around 1000 downloads a month.

    All downloads till now got me almost 47,000 backlinks from highly related sites.

    Sold links few times to others (a sponsor link in footer for all downloads in 1 month), earnings around $3000 (1 link for 6 months and 1 link for 2 months).

    Site gets around 100UV a day and ranks well on all related keywords.

    AV Arcade templates: 10
    GSS templates: 7

    I must admit that there are some problems 7 GSS templates because the new owner of GSS changed the structure of the script a bit so they cause errors on new installs but this can be easy fixed by the new owner.

    I'm looking for a nice offer. Bidding starts at $4,000.
