For this to happen, we do ask several things : 1) Your site has a domain of it's own, not a subdomain off a free host. 2) Your site is not under construction 3) You own / have full access to the site 4) Your site has content, and is not just a parked domain 5) You have access to traffic statistics, as detailed as possible. Hmm, it dosent really sound very professional to be advertising without a proper domain, picture "Come visit our brilliant website at joeblogs.freewebs.com" It's not great. Invest a few bucks in a domain and you will be entered.
