Free Adsense Placement, Color Reviews

Well its this time of the year again (the time where i have not a lot to do except talk and help my fellow webmasters).

And if you need it, a lot of you probably don't. Well i can give you free adsense advice on add color and placement.

Just post your url here. And i will give you a 3-7 line reply about how you can improve your add positioning and blending.

Just trying to help out a few people.

I see your header, is the domain and it has two different colours which im not a big fan of. Try make the header one color e.g blue and make the title of these adds blue. keeping the text body black. Try with one color, im sure that will give more success. Trial period of 7 days should find out.

 

Over time i have found that a white background with black text performs the best. I think the adds suit the niche, which is a good thing. But if your not getting much success then try text adds. On numerous sites of myn i run text adds, they seem to be more attractive to visitors.

 

As what I have noticed they do get clicks, but my problem right now is stable traffic.

 

Target keywords. Use keyword tracker tools, to find non competitive keywords in your niche. Target them and then build into bigger keywords. SERP reliance, also use stumble, digg etc etc but SERP is major aim.

 

Can I get more details about that SERP thing? And about targeting keywords, I don't really get that one. I hear that a lot.

 

Well to target keywords. Make sure the keyword you are targetting is 8% of your entire text. Make sure when using sigs and other backlinks, hyperlink your keywords into the url of your site.

Use a combination of blog comments, digg, stumble etc etc. Just do some reading up on the issue. Im not that good at it myself but if you pick the right keywords than anything is possible. Put a lot of work in and your destined for big things.

Nice colors. I can barely see any adsense adds though for some weird reason, probably because im not a member. Dark blue, or that kind of blue looks nice on a forum, nice work. I see you also have good traffic aswell.

For 'Learn English', its all good, except i would change the url from the colour green to black for the add, on the middle left.

For the other site, the red goes well in the adds. Except i have found success in making the text body of the add the same color as the url of the add. Thus maybe changing the red url color in the adds to black.

 

Your placements are good. Except see the add box you have in the middle down the bottom. I would add another box like that up the top, above the welcome box.

And try bringing the adds in the bottom right hand corner to the top right hand corner above, the table or banner that it is currently below.

Well in the sports car one the search box is a different color to the content adds and i would make them the same. But your hands are tied with the background you chose. It would be much easier and more appealing for a white background with black text. How is it performing though?

The download site, well thats pretty much perfect. the adds blend well with the top color. Nice blending.
