    For those who are getting trouble verifying their paypal account, there is a new mobile phone card that gives you $5 for signup and $5 for each friend you refer.

    This card claims to help you send money, receive payments and shop via your cell phone using a PrePaid MasterCard that works with all participating MasterCard retailers and ATMs.

    Launched as a comprehensive mobile payment service in the United States, you need a Security Social Number to apply, but it might worth a try for people who need a prepaid card to verify their Paypal account.

    Not to mention the $5 bucks promotion :)

    Looks great but damn only for USA :( I would've given it a try but I can't. Using via mobile phone is really a cool feature.

    Yes, I really like the idea behind obopay so let's hope its actual coverage enables the acceptance of members from other countries.

    Does this place verify the ssn or do they just collect it? There's a huge difference. If they just collect it all you have to do is make one up.
