the visa business group ripped me off and after 2 inquiries to visa customer service and facebook I didn't get so much as a response. Also, there is a disclaimer somewhere on the site that says not all members will get the coupon do to a "system error". They say talk to customer service but you'll never get it.
I just used the $25 Facebook coupon yesterday. The thread was just made a couple of days ago so it's not an old coupon. Use it before it expires though. It works fine as long as you use it within 24 hours of signing up for Facebook advertising. I did not try the Visa/Facebook coupon.
