    Hello,

Im currently selling an ebook here. Sold it to one member for $30 a week back and today I have a papyal dispute as he wants a refund for an "unauthorised claim". I sent him the ebook and I have all the proof emails which Ive submitted to paypal, cant see how they wouldnt decide in my favour.

What I find really annoying is that you work hard to write an ebook, sell it to someone and then they go and do this! This guy didnt even contact me saying he didnt like the ebook, hes using my ebook to make $$$ and then goes and does this.

Who can I report this member to? Surely they should be banned for life !

    Thanks

    nim3

DP does not get involved in member disputes.

The proper way to deal with a member dispute is to post a factual account in the deal thread and use itrader. Only one itrader is allowed per deal. Always make sure of the outcome of the deal before leaving itrader. Once given it is permanent.

Sorry to hear about your troubles nim. I look at ebooks as a crap shoot, or a gamble, why poeple buy them...then turn around wanting their money back is beyond me. Its no different than buying a lottery ticket. You might get lucky and get what you want out of it, or you might not. Unless its complete, incoherant garbage, you can't go whining because the information isn't for you. Its no different than going to chapters and getting a book on forex that doesn't satisfy.

You have to remember that most people who buy this stuff, are hoping its going to save them having to do the work developing their own methods. If it doesn't sing to them, or seems like too much work - a certain few cheap folks out there will always create a hassle for you. I haven't read your book, so I can't speculate on his reasons...but the feedback your getting from paypal sounds like he is looking for an out anyway he can get it.

Good luck with your dispute! :D

you can put 2 internal links in your sig, you can link to the persons profile in your sig as a scammer alert.
The more we alert other DP members to scammers and abusive members, the better it will be for all of us.

Valdor -- No, you may NOT do that. Doing that would constitute member attacks / harassment. You may ONLY leave negative feedback in iTrader comments or in the deal thread itself.
