Fraudulent Click Bank Buyers - Refunders

IS there a black list for fraudulent buyers that ask for refunds? I think if these buyers of click bank were listed people could then go after them and either place collections on their credit report, or bring a case against their credit card company for fraud. I'd like to get opinions on this from you click bank users.

I don't think so. If there is that kind of black list, then it's only for Clickbank employees.

I asked the moderator if we could have a section for this to list the purchases of those people in that section. It wouldn't be giving out their full information but would give out their email they used to purchase with and type of credit card. Is this too much to ask or is this a good idea? I know a good product doesn't get refunds but people still do, and those are fraud buyers. Is there something we can do aside from a TOS to stop this? If anyone has ideas please post them here.

No, there is no such list, but you are raising an interesting idea.
ClickBank can go after serial refunders and report them to the credit card companies. After all, serial refunders can be called thieves (they don't have to give the ebook back...)

Credit card companies have a hard enough time dealing with mass fraud and top level stuff, reporting a few ebooks or softwares/digital products won't budge them. I don't think having their email or even contact info will do much as most fraud happens from offshore locations, with duped cards, hidden IP's etc. CB probably has their filters up to some degree as well, after all they don't like refunds too remember, the only reason they have 8 weeks as a policy is due to the backend being paypal and they need to follow their policies - however I'm sure if CB could, they would have a tighter refund policy. You could just start a thread or mini-site aiming at this however again I don't think it would really do anything for anyone. Fraud is technically advancing daily, by the time you find anyone they probably switched their email/IP/Mask/virtualhost/etc... fraudsters are usually very smart, and most don't believe in karma, but I do - and I no longer get upset at refunds, it's part of our environment and parasites will always be here in many forms.
