Can an affiliate/PPC company sue an invdividual/publisher for fraud because he makes fraudelent leads/clicks? For example, companies such as Google, CJ, Azoogle can sue a banned publisher?

They could, if they could PROVE it. Awefully tough thing to prove in a court of law.

Has sued in the past, probably suing now, and have won.
They do take click fraud very seriously!!
Most cases, they never pay out, and reimburse the advertiser for the clickfrauds.
Of course, they also ban you for life, your kids life, and for the next 600 generations! LOL

    IMHO:

    1. Anyone can sue anyone.
    2. Anyone one can win.
    3. Only those that can prove damages win money.

This is what I've been told.

Google has sued several companies that have made thousands through alleged click fraud and won back their earnings and probably then some.

Fraud is a pain to deal with. Most of the time the cost of going after fraudulent users is much higher than the damage caused by fraud. We go after users that cause fraudulent chargebacks, that’s about it.
