Yeah, I think infractions are warranted, but not a ban. That's just my opinion though.

 

So , you agree that you used to make themes and ZeroSleep used to sell them over here ( no probs ) AND you used to bump those threads and increase the bids ? you made a fake paypal screenshot showing payments to ZeroSleep ?

In short , you agree that you and ZeroSleep were ripping off the DP members ?

I think he owes a refund to EVERYONE who sponsored one of the questionable themes - those themes are tarnished.

Aditya never used to bump the thread, he used to reduce bin, so mods gave him 6 infractions.

He used to get angry when i used to bump threads.

Correctus, by the way.. you are not pulling his legs, you are snatching his whole legs ! There are still many big issue rather then small one, although technically you are right... but either he didn't sign up any bond that he will keep your link + he refunded you already! Just think about it... you guys wasted 7 hrs to write and keep watched this thread... and you people talking about Money and Time... you can too worked on other stuff to earn money or to hire another one... life is no end.. if he refunded you or whatever... bahh i have a exams, better to get offline now !

A really long thread and a really bad day. That's what it was for me today.

Now, Zerosleep, I will just make things easier for you to understand by comparing it with some other things. To begin with, when you signed up on DP, it was like you opened a brand new site. Correctus, saw your posts and it was like him forseeing an opportunity in your site and he bought permanent links on your site. Now luck strikes, or let me call it your hardwork, that your site flows up. In other words, you become an avid poster on here. This does mean that the value of the links increases, but remember you have already sold the links permanently to Correctus. This doesn't mean you can simply refund whatever he paid you for the links in the initial time, because you have to agree that his payment in that time was more of a kickstart to you ?

But apparently, you managed to piss off many people. Swapnil intervened in this thread with what was going on in here, and am sure this wasn't right. Designing means a lot of hardwork, I agree. But raising the cost yourself won't get you anywhere and ultimately get you exposed, as you are right now. I am sure, all the people who bought links/themes from you must be feeling cheated. You might just have to offer more than one refund!

It is a business world in here or on any other webmaster forum, you have to maintain certain ethics in your work if you want to sustain. I understand your age, but still there has be some maturity in you because we talk money here.

I am not giving away free advice, but if you listen to me. Do the following,
- Get back those links that Correctus Paid you for.
- PM each of your clients that bought links/themes from you, with an apology letter pointing them to this thread and state that you are sorry. Leave it to their discretion, if they want a refund. If they say yes, oblige.

A simple 'Sorry' works wonders, just go ahead. You have made a mistake, accept it. Rather than asking for a Ban. Since a Ban would make nothing good.
