I signed up for a Green Geeks account 3 weeks ago. After paying $65.40 USD to them, they refused to give me access to the account. Since it wasn't available the same day as they claimed, I said I wanted my money back. But after contacting them numerous times, they still have not paid me back. Unfortunately, I can't do a credit card chargeback, because I paid via PayPal. I'm using PayPal's dispute resolution thing, but it really doesn't accomplish anything it seems. It says its waiting for them to respond. Has anyone else heard of this hosting company, Green Geeks, and are they known for scams like this? Has anyone else had bad experiences with a hosting company that flat out steals your money, leaving you with nothing in return?
