Hi, I sent a phone to a clinet in the USA. in the USPS i can see that the item arrived the unit (Tracking number) the clinet, after 2 months, claim to paypal that he didnt recived it. total fraud! the item was never sent back. it arrived safely according to USPS online tracking. i need help by going to any USPS unit and to take a proof of delivery ( im not a USA resident). i will pay the fee + 10$ more. please PM me if you can help. many thanks!

I have to agree with mnuismnu - show paypal the tracking number, they can't expect any more than that!
ya i am agree with others and one think pls try to collect any paper of transecton or some tracking number.
Since you are not a resident of the US, I would recommend you to register the claim on paypal first. Then submit all the documents which paypal is asking on their system. They will also give you a bar code which you have to print it and fill it, with your signature and send them back by mail. Later get a skype account and talk directly to your paypal account manager about the issue. In the meantime, contact ebay and mail them all the issue with proper documentation. Inform your ebay account manager too and let them know the situation. Talking directly with your paypal account manager will resolve the problem quickly. Dont worry, if you have all the proof in hand, no one can just dump you and make you pay for nothing
