I made the mistake of buying a facebook clone script from this site:

    www.efadila.com/webmaster-scripts/index.php

The script I received was an illegal copy of this script:

    http://www.agriya.com/products-kootali/

Of course there were no docs and the script did not function properly. The site owner refues to refund any money.

    Never buy from this site.

Does anyone know how to report this site to google adsense and hostgatoer? he uses their ads on the site and I am sure ads would be removed if they knew he was selling illegal scripts.

    This might help

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=13311277&postcount=33

But you need to track down the script owner and get them to dispute.

so far the script owner does not care and I sent a complaint to his host and nothing.

I have received 100's of spam from the guy as a nice present...

Paypal SHOULD be reclaiming that money back for you... you never received the product that you ordered & that is obtaining money by deception in anyone's language!! If you don't have any luck reporting the site to the hosts to get them removed then try the FBI's website they have links to various useful resources & sites where you can report illegal activities!
