Frank Kern and stompernets videos

Hello. Does anybody know where we can find these FLV players? We really want to put something like this on our website. The examples are here in these websites:

Those are probably custom made.

Dreamweaver CS3 comes with 3 .flv player skins in 3 different sizes.

 

Does CS2 have any of these? I've got DW CS2 but not 3.
I'm looking to do this also. thanks.
