France - PayPal account verification

    Hello,

    anybody here from France can tell me if paypal require a bank account attached with paypal to get the account verified or just VCC is enough ??

    Hello,

    as far as I remember, you need an account number (IBAN) as they will send few cents to it in order to check your reliability.

    I think VCC will be enough for verification of your paypal account. Bank account should not be required.
