If that were true, my 4000+ FRAMED pages would NOT be indexed. However, they ARE indexed AND Google KEEPS them indexed as they change.
By using noframes tag, we can make bots to crawl, index our pages and gain rank. But still, facing problems in showing frame sites in SERP.

Google does say that frames can cause indexing and analytics problems: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=34445 http://www.google.com/support/analytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=55598 My guess is that you'll do a lot better if you didn't have frames, based on what Google says above.
