Frame Question - please help - SEO Experts

    If I take a site that I own that is a PR 5 and ranking pretty good with SEs and I add 200 frame sites would that negative impact.
    Also I have a page on the site where the page links are located similar to a site map and it is now duplicated 200 times. Is there an issue?

    I do not want to be black listed or have any issues with SERPS and lose what I already have going.

    Yes,, it has a bad impact.. by the way,, whats the purpose of putting frames to your site?


    It can probably go as supplemental result!
