Frame Forwarding or Cname Change

    Which one is better and safer? I do not want to make it look like I am promoting duplicate sites.

    Currently I have about 40 domain names pointed to my main website. Each adgroup in my Google Adwords campaign has its own domain name. In order for these domain names to show in the browser which is required, as per the TOS, should I choose Frame forwarding or CName change? I do not want to affect my SEO ranking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
