fpnhost.com - hosting scammers.

I had these reseller clowns Liam, and his partner host on our server wanting to take advantage of our $1 first month promo every month by opening new accounts and closing old ones. When confronted they did nothing but threat and manipulate the situation.

Did anyone else host this reseller (fpnhost.com) that experienced the same issues?

 

In respnose to the claims that fpnhost.com are scammer is in no way trueful and the way that you claim that hosting with you and want to take advatage of the $1 new membership deal is in no way true.

After a number of problem with there service from going from WHMreselller what I must add removed a number of are accounts, to ZamFoo there it was online for 2 days and last he went to WHMPHP. At this time many of are account was losing access to WHM.

After all these problems we decided we want to move as this server so very unstable. Not to meantion that Jixhost aka Jose has little knowage to what he is doing after having almost everthink installed for him didn't show for much of a good hoster.

So your claims that we are scammers is in no way true and we found that in turn we found you to be the scammer. Still I not getting into this fight again.

Also to add to this forum post the FAQ/Rules it cleanly stats "Personal attacks against people, or sites will not be tolerated. If you have an issue with someone or their site, take it up with them personally." this in turn is an attack on the fpnhost.com and we feel a dispute over somethink what happen on your hosting (what we fully paid for) is in no way a valide post more of an attack to are site.

Under the legislation Data Protection Act 1998 -
(2) A data controller is not obliged to supply any information under subsection (1) unless he has received—
(a) a request in writing, and
(b) except in prescribed cases, such fee (not exceeding the prescribed maximum) as he may require.

So, If you wanted to actually mention my real life name in a public forum without my solid content then you'd be breaking the law as I supplied this personal information to your site with an understanding that my information would be safe..... are you sure you want to go down this path?

Because If I recall you were the one that supplied us with the account that we paid for and if I recall the moment we get a sale you refuse to give us or them the money back as "our personal 30 Day money back guarantee had finished" the account that was hosted on your service payed by us was under 30 Days old... in fact it was 2 Days old, and yet even though it was a new account on your server you REFUSED to pay us our money back.... now tell me... because i'd love to know.... why you calling US the scammers when
1. You didn't host off us, so how would you even know anything like that.
2. You refuse to give us money back even though the account in question was 2 Days old
3. as soon as you were questioned about it you deleted are account for "insulting staff members" when we wanted to just find out what PayPal wanted to say about it.

so don't say anything about US being scammers when you don't even host from us... we are only trying to take back what is rightfully ours. NO WHERE IN YOUR TOS does it state that the 30 Day money back Guarantee is for "New Customers Only". I have a copy of your Terms of service to clarify it this is BEFORE you blocked my IP address from YOUR server.

and just as an addition which "professional" did you see about installing your ZamFoo Plugin?

 

FPNHost are truly scammers, and paypal even judged against them.

 

no paypal voted our argument inconclusive. so stop telling lies about our service. We are not scammers... never were never will be.
