Selling Four year old HDTV site

I am selling HD TV Streaming dot net as a site. The domain was registered November 9th 2006, so coming up to 4 years old!
I was hoping to do more with the site than I have and haven't got time to add more content to it. What is on there though is unique and was written by myself, so you're getting the domain and unique content. Content which a lot of people want to know (myself included which is why I wrote the guide).

Verify Ownership please......

 

Hi, I don't know if DP is having any problems at the moment but, I've uploaded the file as it says to and it says it can't verify ownership. I have had this issue before with two sites but, a third worked no problems. I obviously owned each of those sites (and this one) and followed the same instructions each time and it worked for the one but not the others. It also says I can enter a TXT record but, likewise I've tried doing this for the first site I listed since this came into effect. It says I need to use Godaddy's nameservers and last time I added GoDaddy/Name's own servers it took the site down. Not something I want to do. I can however upload another file to prove ownership, as well as a screenshot of the domain in my account.
