Four letters .NET or three letters .ORG??

I was a bit wondering about the scope for four letter .NET names, when I hit upon three letter .ORG names... any views on which would do better??

Do better in regards to sale price??? All LLL.org domains have been bought out ages ago & sell for a minimum price of $275+

Personally, I wouldn't buy 4 letter .net domains if is't just random crap letters, it must be pronouncable if you're going to even consider investing in them. Of course, I wouldn't mind owning Porn.net though :)

Three letter .ORGs for sure - but as htmlindex said I think they've all already been registered.

llll.net has no value yet (unless it's a word or a good acronym, of course). lll.org is still more valuable.
