    I'm probably missing something but the total number of links shown on the home page of the site appears to be just over 700. Plus that would be an average of about 30 submissions a day, a lot more than the average of 5 you mention above.

    To get a ball park estimate about how many links are added per day, Yesterday when i started this thread there were 952, now there are 979. So the directory gets steady traffic from the forums I actively participate in. Some days more links are submitted, some days less.
