Found very high PA/DA domain - what do do wit it?

I found an expired .CZ (well yes) domain that has 74 DA, 79 PA, 1.1k linking domains and 38k total links. Looks like it belonged to a legit company.

Is it worth registering it? I'd like to sell it right away - what could I ask for it?

And, what is a good place to try and sell it?

I did more digging and found that the company that owned the domain is out of business AND didn't renew its trademark on the name, which makes the domain secure to own. Looks to me a pretty good asset in a Czech SEO's portfolio.

 

Oh, and the PR of this domain is back and is a .... PR7

 

C'mon now..If it has that criteria then it's obviously worth at least reg. fee...Pick it up and list it here on DP - it will sell.
