Found two 1 word .coms

I've found two 1 worders, however, one has no monthly searches and the other has 590 monthly searches.
They have pretty cool definitions but i do not want to make them into sites as it is not in a niche i'm interested in.

Do you think they have value for quick flipping?
The one with no searches is 12 letters and the one with 590 monthly has 10 letters.

Thanks for reading and i will appreciate any feedback

p.s. I haven't heard of these before and I'm sure most people haven't either. However, the 10 letter is easily pronounceable and the 12 is okay too.

Are these common words used in everyday life?

These aren't used in every day life, the 12 letter would be perfect for a blog of that niche and the 10 letter is appealing on the eye. But no, these must be very rarely used

I don't think it would hurt if you post the domains here. It is appraisal section after all. Btw there are plenty of one word domains which have no value at all because nobody searches for them and many words are obsolete(nolonger used).

brandability is key, backlinks will give traffic and monthly searches aren't always a must.

there's a lot of single dictionary words with low searches, so then, you have to look at what niche it's in and if you could see a business looking to acquire that name...feel free to pm me whether or not you've registered them (don't worry I'm not a grime ball and won't register them lol). But i can help you out a bit...

590 monthly looks not so popular to me. Take a 2nd look at the domains
