Essentially it is open to everyone and it is free to use. Again, you don’t have to buy anything. You will have to look past a sales page , but at the bottom of the page you will find a form. You submit your site information and keywords and their system does a match for all related sites in the system. In about an hour you get a list of sites that you can check out for valued content with email addresses to contact for link exchanges. A word of warning, since this is open to anyone, you will get a few junk sites, spam sites and sites you would never link to. They purge their system frequently, but in their own words sometimes junk slips through. This is not the end all for your search in links in your niche, but a tool that perhaps may get you started. You don’t have to buy anything and like I say free is for me! I am not a SEO expert nor will I ever be. However, with the recent Page Rank update it did not take me long to figure out I needed to do something and get off my butt and be a little more proactive.
