Found an unknown email in my .co domain contact information, what should I do?

I normaly use popular registrators but sometimes I also use one from my country, is not a very popular one but is ICANN accredited (page rank 6)

The problem is that yesterday I found in my whois domain information my name an everything corectly but a completly unknown email address that I never put into my contact information and is completly new to me. I own more then 100 domains to that registrator, alwys put my email right. Sedo also validate my correct email when they list my domain. Then it was changed to this unknown strange email.

So I change back to my normal email and I search for the unknown email server name and gues what I found: the email belongs to a company that have an intense activity into my domain name.

I made a print screen on whois informations about this strange email and send to the registrator. I ask the registrator about and they just reply me they dont know anything about.

But if someoane operate this modification this should be registred / loged somewhere, right?

What should I do? I realy want to find out everything about this strange operation. I am very worried about this. What should I do?

Hello Cnet, sorry to hear this, but from my experience, any bit change in domain whois info will be logged in registrar's database, let alone they are icann accredited.

 

transfer the domain to a different registrar

 

I already initiate that .. I transfer all my domains to a diferent registrar
what I mean is ... they dont told me anything that happen

I wanna make a comlaint to ICANN
is there any other place where I can send this complain?

this thing is not ok and I wanna find out whats happn ... I trusted this registrar (globehosting.com) I register houndreds of domains there
many times they recive the money and didnt register ... and now that? this is to much

please point me out where I should put my complains
