    Wow you are so lucky.
I hope you can keep it for long time. You should learn how to feed it and so on. Coz as I know, turtle can die easily if we don't know how to take care of it.

    Hi,

This is not turtle. This is star tortoise. This is being reared as a pet in Singapore and Malaysia. You can get more details HERE...

huh? What are you talking about?? I live in East Texas, just north of Beaumont. The turtle in the pictures and the video is a box turtle, as the shell hinges under its head. I do not think that a tortoise can move any part of its shell

Its beautiful and good looking as well. You should let it eat whatever it eats and probably take care of him as well :)

Nice - I have a read eared slider as a pet, had him for 9 years now - inherited him from an ex girlfriend so I think is about 11 years old now.

I wouldnt recommend keeping this little guy as a pet, for one its not fair on the turtle but for two if that species is like the red eared they live for a very long time (30-40 years) and can grow to quite a size - mine is on his 3rd tank and Im not sure I can go much bigger so Im praying he will stop growing soon!!! :)
