Actually if you dont think it to show someone than for a good seo you can make up a link to any page of your site which is not visible to anyone, still it will act as great SEO techniques.

I have not still revealed the new thing. For a basic site, have you ever seen that google bot moves everyday. This is a hidden a concept.

Yes it will get the bot to index the site again and again but that doesn't necessarily mean that google will rank you on top for everything your are writing about.
