Found a keyword with traffic should I buy it's domain?

I found a keyword it looks like this xxx xxx xxx 2008 which is 4 word search

It exact search 6000 per month and no competes on it at all!

so is it worth buying it?or?


Found another Keyword with 4 words too and no completion on it searches 12,100/ month

So advise me guys.

 

I think that's worth it. one of the best SEO is use keyword as your domain name.

Are you planning on making money? If so, see how much the cpc is to bid on related keywords. If it's less than .25, it's probably a waste.
