Found a great .gov forum thats do follow

I found a forum on business.gov . not sure if anyone ever checked it out before but it allows Sig links and their is a good deal of SEO discussion on there so if you keep it clean it will be a great resource.

.gov links caries the same weight as .com/.net/.info/etc links.
Single part why people considers them more valuable is that .gov websites are trusted and authority sites, many think Google is respecting them and their external links more that the others. A lot of questions still remain unanswered.
