Found a domain name I LOVE but someone in Germany

    Do a Whois search then email them saying that you have an interest in acquiring the name & ask if they would sell it.

    if it something generic, do your homework who the owner is, if you actually have a decent budget dont offend them first go with a lowball. may be for sale on a website somewhere with some sort of pricing info.

    Well it's a .com site, and the WHOIS all refers to overseas, so I'm kinda at a loss here. I'd like it for a blog domain, but I'm just not sure how to reach them...
