Forward traffic ok with Adsense?

    I want to stop traffic from some countries to visit my websites. They just make problems. But i want to know if this is ok with Adsense and if it will affect my PR or Serp?

    I think it's okay with adsense but it will probably effect your serps ?

    Yeah well i had enough of all junk traffic just trying to hack my sites.
