Forward IP address to a specific url

This sort of is like a banning. I want to ban someone from my site. And I know how to do that, so my site won't load for them, But I want to know how I could do it so it would forward automatically to a specific page on my domain.

like domain.com/banned.html

I know how to do it just to block them.

order allow,deny
deny from 123.123.123.123
allow from all
</LIMIT>
