Most people are merely injecting new forums with someones RSS feeds now a days. Sadly both groups are probably wasting their time.
Not very different from forums paying directly their members, as do DP in a certain way (Adsense revenue sharing), paid posting doesn't mean spam, on the contrary quality posting should be required from paid posters.
