    vbulletin's my favourite. phpbb is nice if you modify it a lot. and invision board is just ugly.

    phpBB is the best free forum available, but can be a nightmare to update if you have a load of mods in place.

    vBulletin is the best paid forum available, very easy to use and well worth the money. ++
