    I want to put a forum site on SEO, can anyone suggest me can i maintain it by my own or do i need to plan with my friends?
    And how much does it cost for forum to create?

    You will of course need a plan for your site but I think it can be done by ownself and if you have knowledge to maintain forum then it's a easy work for you but if you are inexperienced then you will need time to maintain gain knowledge about it.

    It is not possible to handle anything individually. So try to get guidance from your friend as well.
