Digitalpoint - Worth millions (or at least $xxx,xxx) forum with those parameters, around $10k or so, i would assume.
It also depends on how active those members are. If most of them are bots or human spammers, the forum won't be worth much. If they are actively discussing the forums topics, the forum would be worth a lot more. The best way to find out, would be to offer it for sale.
I agree with Fergal. Also, you don't find a lot of people who are willing to spend big on forums at the moment.
for you to know why dont you try to bid your forums online and see how much its value to possible buyer
