Forums profile links ????

    I've got a list with high PR forums. Most of them allow a link in profile page (some are dofollow).
    Are this kind of links anygood? If so..how good are they?

    Don't take too many of them because google can take it as a refspam. Anyway- slow increasing of them is a bit safer than registering in one day.:)
