    Greetings.

    I am looking to buy a forum or two nothing very big, something small. I don't care about what software it runs, either way I'm upgrading to vBulletin. Let me know what you have to offer. My budget is only like 70$, so nothing huge. :D

    Do you want to create new forum instead of buy old forum? Just choose domain name then if oke someone will help register domain, hosting, and install vbulletin inside it.
