    I'm looking for websites that offer free web templates to play around with.
    I've many people who come to me saying just give me a website(even if it's template) for under 200 bucks and there is only so much I can do.
    One site that I frequently visit is,

    however these templates rarely get updated. Does anyone have any other websites?

    templatesbox.com charges. When I asked for a site that offers free templates, I meant completely free! :) no CC bs
