Forums for Programmers

From your experience, what forums would you recommend for programmers (I mean for C#, VB .Net and staff like that)?

I'm looking for a forum with many users and it should be fast (for example, digital point is pretty fast).

Not exactly a forum, but I find a digg-like site for programmers excellent.
